Westminster Center Urban Reinvestment Project

Urban-style development coming to Westminster, Colorado

Westminster Center, located on U.S. 36 and Sheridan Boulevard, halfway between Denver and Boulder, is a mixed-use redevelopment on 105 acres that was once the Westminster Mall. The site has been re-mastered as an urban-style development with an emphasis on outdoor life and pedestrian/bicycle friendliness in keeping with a city known for its parks, open spaces and trails.

Adjacent to bus rapid transit in either direction on the Denver-Boulder turnpike and to the U.S. 36 bikeway, the site is located on a promontory with sweeping views of the Front Range and downtown Denver.

Live here, work here, locate your business or develop here - whatever your interest - we invite you to visit the site often for breaking news.
